Overview

Welcome to my website, a small portfolio presentation of my work and career. I am an experiened recruiter, based in the UK, with international experience of finding talented staff for organisations.

I've worked as both a recruitment consultant and in-house recruiter. In my time as an external agent, I established the UK's leading practice for recruitment into Agile software development teams (adopters of methodologies such as Extreme Programming and Scrum).

Since moving in-house to work for a leading IT multinational, I have delivered on both tactical recruitment activity and strategic process change. My current responsibilities give me the opportunity to involve myself in recruitment across the EMEA region, as well as the US and Australia.
